00:31 enforce it. Developers, you have an obligation, I'm going to

00:35 make sure you carry out your obligations and by signaling that it's that's where

00:41 we're going, people won't think they can get away

00:43 with it. At the moment this government is not prioritizing and not signaling

00:48 that they want to stop it. So they're not even enforcing what's

00:51 currently there but they're cultivating a culture

00:56 where people think they can get away with it.
