00:07 Today we will tell you the method of Bhrastrika Pranayama.
00:12 Bhrastrika Pranayama strengthens our lungs.
00:15 In this asana, turn your hands from the elbow to the shoulders.
00:20 Keep your fist closed.
00:21 While breathing, lift your hands up and open your fist.
00:25 While breathing, bring your hands down quickly and keep your fist closed.
00:30 Breathe in and out.
00:36 Do this with full energy.
00:38 Now we will do the second part.
00:40 Hold your hands together and breathe in and bring your hands up.
00:48 And while breathing, bring your hands down.
00:54 Now come back to the normal state.
