Front Squats 263lb

WHAT a great workout! That double w/235lb felt ridiculously easy. The 263lb was a PR rackless Front Squat. It actually felt like l could've go up to 280lb if need be..Do l feel training without a Power Rack or Squat Stands is holding me back? Not at all! As long as l can Front Squat this way with ~10% more than l can Jerk, l'll be fine. Plus, look at all the extra back work l do having to get the bar up to my shoulders each set. Makes sense doesn't it? God Bless!
