We often hear about the dance fitness routine called Zumba.

Actually, dance fitness is an exercise that is done through dancing and fitness.

So, this is a movement that is more known as aerobics.

Usually, we know that it is good for losing weight.

But other than that, what are the benefits of dance fitness?

Actually, the benefits of dance fitness is a mental.

It also helps with stress, it can remove stress.

In addition to that, it is also good for those who have undergone anxiety and depression.

So, dance fitness is really important because it's not only helping our body to be fit,

but also it's really good for our mind, right?

Can you just imagine you're dancing for one hour and then you forgot your problems and whatever you have in your mind.

And add-ons to that, we all know that dancing releases endorphins, which are the happy hormones.
