00:36 Sadly, though, he may say he's new and improved, and we do see that a little.

00:41 But to be honest, he hasn't done anything to prove it.

00:44 But this time, Chelsea is there by Billy's side to guide him.

00:52 and Billy did rescue her once, so this time it might be her turn.
