01:51 but on what he may get someday, but he does not know how much,

01:54 then it is not a plan, it is a wishful thinking, and it is simply not worthy of the city authorities.

04:11 and now what has been the City Council and the President, is the repair of these smaller housing estates.

04:16 Well, it would probably have been done much, much faster if not for the whole situation,

04:20 which has been going on for 8 years in Poland, i.e. tax changes,

04:24 i.e. the actual limitation of the state budget.

04:27 Today we are facing a very difficult financial situation, which has already affected us,

04:31 and which is probably waiting for us even more in the coming days.

04:35 We are still counting on foreign money, we are counting on money from the KPO.

04:38 Unfortunately, the previous government, to put it colloquially, supported Wabrzeg a little less than other municipalities,

04:43 so this money is not enough for all road repairs.

04:46 We realize that the Odlewnicza Street, as well as the Proletariatska Street, should already be repaired,

04:50 probably like other smaller roads in Wałbrzych that require immediate repair.

04:53 Unfortunately, the financial situation of the municipality is difficult.

04:56 There, this repair on the Proletariatska Street requires a lot of intervention when it comes to the network,

05:01 the water infrastructure.

05:03 A gigantic repair is really needed there, from the basics, replacing everything,

05:08 which will cost a lot of money.

05:10 We are counting on the unblocking of money from the KPO,

05:12 we are counting on a situation when Warsaw will look differently at the local governments,

05:16 when the local governments will have more money for repairs.

05:19 We would like this repair to start as soon as possible, according to the announcements from the DQ.

05:24 We are waiting for money, we ask for patience.

05:26 This is the only request we can have today to do this repair.

05:30 There are several such streets that require repairs,

05:33 and the councillors, the city council, Mr. President Wabrzeg, are doing everything

05:36 to ensure that the external financing for these repairs is found.

05:39 As for the situation in specific residential buildings,

05:42 which are located on Proletariatska Street,

05:46 I encourage you to keep in touch with the office of the customer service of the MZB,

05:50 that is, the Municipal Building Management.

05:52 The Municipal Building Management takes care of every matter.

05:55 They will repair what is required for the current repair.

05:59 They are planning budgets for larger repairs,

06:02 so I recommend the Municipal Building Management as much as possible

06:05 to monitor and report on this matter,

06:08 so that the Municipal Building Management can solve this issue.
