00:07 It looked to me like his entire knee

00:10 literally blew out from one side to the other

00:12 to the back of his leg.

00:13 Like I knew right when I saw the hit, he was finished.

00:17 - Yeah, you're right.

00:19 And the biggest worry there isn't just for the knee

00:23 or for the ligaments.

00:24 The biggest worry initially is for the artery and nerve.

00:28 So there's gonna be a period of observation,

00:30 something hospital wise.

00:32 I try to be optimistic and look at the bright side,

00:35 but the reality is this is a big deal for this young man.

00:39 Look, the Steelers already lost,

00:41 now they're top two tacklers with Holcomb

00:43 and Minkah Fitzpatrick with the hamstring.

00:45 His knees is much worse than perhaps it looked

00:49 with Traylen Burks for the Titans.

00:52 Ambulance, all that stuff hit his head, wasn't moving.

00:56 But that one didn't look that bad

00:57 and indeed he never got taken to the hospital

01:00 and he even flew home with the Titans.

01:02 So at least some upside news for Traylen Burks,

01:04 not as good for Cole Holcomb.

01:07 - So they're saying that he's gonna make a full recovery

01:10 from this knee surgery.

01:12 What does it entail when you have a knee

01:15 that severely damaged?

01:17 What are we looking at?

01:18 - Well, it's at least a posterior cruciate ligament injury.

01:22 It could be what we call the posterior lateral corner

01:24 or a LCL as well.

01:27 So it is almost like a knee dislocation,

01:30 not as severe as Nick Chubb,

01:32 but this is a big deal recovery for this young man.
