00:00Did you see the brawl at Steelers camp yesterday when someone took a shot at Justin Fields?

00:09Everybody going wild in La Trobe there, and I thought that would be a good time to break

00:14out our first Mike Tomlin post-practice interview session on Coast to Coast this preseason.

00:23Let's say hi to Mike.

00:24We love Mike Tomlin.

00:25Man, really good work day out here.

00:27Man, love the energy and enthusiasm.

00:30Obviously, we are at the very beginnings of this process, and so there's a lot of lessons

00:35to be learned.

00:37Some formal, some informal.

00:40We got a little bit less than professional and chippy today.

00:43It's an opportunity to teach and learn as part of this process, as much as we hate it.

00:48We'll learn and grow from that.

00:49We got some formal lessons to learn.

00:51We had some ball security issues today, but it's also a tip of the cap to the defense

00:55in terms of them hunting the ball.

00:58I think that's the thing that you remember in a process like this, is Steelers versus

01:01Steelers, and so there's ebb and flow to this process.

01:04Some people are going to have good days.

01:05It's going to mean bad days for others.

01:08Some units are going to excel in certain aspects of the game.

01:10It means failure for the other unit, and that's just a component of this.

01:14All the while, we know that we're collectively getting better and pushing forward towards

01:18something, so that's the lessons to be learned.
