large green mango, peeled and cut into small pieces
mustard seeds
1/4 cup fenugreek seeds
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mustard oil

In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, turmeric powder and salt. cover and leave for at least 2 hours or until mango separates water. Dry Roast fenugreek seed, mustard seed, cumin seed and fennel seed and grind it. Add to the mango and stir well. Add mustard oil and mix well to combine.
