The BAFTA-winning actress, Miriam Margolyes, paid a special visit to the Harrogate Homeless Project [Oct 16], while on her current book tour.
Visiting staff and service users at the Springboard Day Centre, Miriam wanted the visit to raise awareness of the vital work at the Harrogate Homeless Project supporting those in need.
An accomplished actress, with a career spanning radio, stage and screen, Miriam was in Harrogate to publicise her latest book, Oh Miriam! At 82, it’s her biggest UK tour yet, following her memoir, This Much is True, which was in the bestseller charts for over a year.
