03:48 This is a model that has been used for some time in many towns in Lower Silesia.

04:35 were a very strong industrial center here in the 1990s.

04:41 Unfortunately, in the 2000s, this industry fell into decline,

04:44 and in the end, its production was largely overrun.

04:48 And today, from the perspective of time, we see that it was,

04:51 unfortunately, then, a huge mistake, often irresponsible decisions.

04:56 And today, we want to develop the industry,

05:01 develop the industry and the industrial potential in this part of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship,

05:06 because it means that the inhabitants do not have economic reasons to leave.

05:13 That is why we want to create new jobs,

05:16 so that the inhabitants would stay here, develop their careers here,

05:20 and so that the times of the industry's brilliance,

05:23 in this case, the Dzierżynów Voivodeship, would return,

05:27 certainly to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants here in the city.
