00:04 His car should be impounded.

00:07 The SUV was hit by a plate.

00:12 Mark's car should be impounded in the Philippine National Police or PNP impounding area.

00:21 He was arrested after using a temporary license and without a driver's license.

00:26 But he was surprised that he suddenly saw the SUV on the road.

00:30 So Mark followed the car.

00:40 But when I saw the plate was different, I said, "Maybe this is not it."

00:44 Then when I saw the sticker, the conduction sticker, 1820, I said, "This is it. I'm not mistaken."

00:50 Mark's complaint was brought to the Philippine National Police.

00:53 When he arrived at the impounding area of the HPG, it was confirmed that Mark's car was taken out.
