CJI DY Chandrachud: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में 26 हफ्ते के गर्भ को गिराने (Abortion Petition) की याचिका पर सुनवाई शुरू हो चुकी है. जस्टिस बीवी नागरत्ना (Justice BV Nagarathna) की बेंच के बाद सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) की बेंच में इस मामले की सुनवाई हुई. इस सुनवाई की धुरी ये थी कि गर्भ में पल रहे जीवित बच्चे को नष्ट किया जाए या फिर उसे किसी तरह से लाइफ सपोर्ट (Life Support) देकर उसे बचाया जा सके. वहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ऐसा क्या हुआ कि सीजेआई (CJI) चंद्रचूड़ महिला याचिकाकर्ता पर भड़क उठे.
