01:17 Avenue as the Vice President was supposed to pass through the area.

01:21 This angered motorists and Filipinos online.

01:28 Duterte wrote to QCPD to probe the incident and emphasized her office didn't ask for assistance

01:34 QCPD Director Brigadier General Rodrigo Maranan explains the traffic disruption involved a

03:35 Inflation in September jumped to 6.1 percent, going up for the second straight month.
