Motorist rescued after getting stuck in flood waters at Jalan Chan Sow Lin

Three Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) officer risked their own safety to save a motorist who was stranded in flood waters near the tunnel at Jalan Chan Sow Lin in Kuala Lumpur at around 6pm on Friday.
