Jitiya Vrat 2023 puja vidhi: जितिया व्रत हर साल आश्विन माह के कृष्ण पक्ष की अष्टमी तिथि को रखा जाता है. जितिया को जीवित्पुत्रिका व्रत भी कहा जाता है. इस दिन माताएं अपनी संतान की सुरक्षा और उसके सुखी जीवन के लिए निर्जला व्रत रखती हैं. जितिया व्रत में गंधर्व राजा जीमूतवाहन की पूजा होती है और जितिया व्रत कथा सुनते हैं. राजा जीमूतवाहन ने पक्षीराज गुरुड़ से नागमाता के पुत्रों की रक्षा की थी. इस वजह से माताएं जितिया व्रत में जीमूतवाहन से अपनी संतान की सुरक्षा, सभी संकटों से मुक्ति देने और उनके सुखी जीवन के लिए प्रार्थना करती हैं.

Jitiya Vrat 2023 puja vidhi: Jitiya Vrat is observed every year on the Ashtami date of Krishna Paksha of Ashwin month. Jitiya is also called Jivitputrika Vrat. On this day, mothers observe Nirjala fast for the safety and happy life of their children. During Jitiya Vrat, Gandharva king Jimutavahana is worshiped and the story of Jitiya Vrat is heard. King Jimutavahana had protected the sons of Nagmata from the bird king Gurud. For this reason, during Jitiya Vrat, mothers pray to Jimutvahan for the safety of their children, freedom from all troubles and their happy life.
