Fire broke out at a wooden building inside Klong Prem Central Prison in Bangkok at around 11 pm on Tuesday. No injuries or deaths among prisoners were reported.

Firefighters brought the blaze under control at around 12.20am, officials said. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. Justice Minister Tawee Sodsong rushed to the prison to oversee the emergency response.
