00:18 Now, the reason I bring this up is typically,

00:20 I'm a weather guy.

00:21 I know there is some weather coming up the East Coast

00:23 with the hurricane off the coast.

00:24 Is that the reason why or do you know

00:26 why we're dropping a full touchdown here as a total?

00:29 Maybe some high winds in the forecast?

00:32 - I don't necessarily know, DRS.

00:34 You're better at weather than I am,

00:35 our resident meteorologist here on the early line.

00:38 I would guess that is probably why,

00:41 which makes what I'm going to say next.

00:43 Maybe not making the card officially for tomorrow

00:45 on college football today,

00:47 but I was looking at the Knowles team total, DRS.

00:49 Over 36 and a half, a number they've gone over

00:52 in each of their opening two games,

00:53 both against FBS foes.

00:55 45, of course, in that incredibly impressive

00:58 opening weekend performance against LSU.

01:01 Backed it up with 66 last week against Southern Miss.

01:05 Boston College, DRS, we were in the car,

01:07 myself and our producer here, Joe Frizzo,

01:09 on the way to CFT for the opening weekend of the year.

01:12 His mother is a Boston College alum.

01:15 He said, "Why is BC only an eight and a half point

01:18 "favorite against Northern Illinois?"

01:20 They lost that game at home, 27-24 against the Huskies.

01:24 And then last week,

01:25 they were only a double digit favorite of 10

01:27 against Holy Cross, an FCS team.

01:29 And they came nowhere close to covering.

01:31 They won 38-28, barely escaping against Holy Cross.

01:36 BC's 0-2 against the spread, DRS as a favorite.

01:39 They allowed 27 against NIU, 28 against Holy Cross.

01:43 I think Florida State names their number,

01:45 but the weather could impact that

01:46 and how long Mike Norvell even keeps his Seminoles

01:49 out there the week before,

01:50 having to go to Clemson in Death Valley next Saturday

01:54 in a game that could already decide the fate of the ACC.

01:57 This year, maybe that's why the number is moving

02:00 and the total is on its way down as well

02:03 for this football game between FSU and BC.

02:06 - Yeah, you're gonna get some winds here.

02:07 I'm looking at about 15 to 18 miles an hour sustained,

02:09 which again is windy, but also, Ben, keep in mind,

02:12 there's no rain in the forecast.

02:13 So as I would like to say at Wrigley Field,

02:16 the wind blowing in, you can still hit singles

02:18 and score a lot of runs.

02:19 So Florida State doesn't have to air it out 50 yards

02:22 at a pop and say, "Why can't we throw it here?"

02:24 But something to keep an eye on.

02:25 Maybe you do get value,

02:26 because also, if you wanna watch

02:28 a great college football show on Saturday

02:30 and get the latest weather information on that,

02:32 you might be getting a steal on that total

02:35 when the boys talk about it tomorrow.

02:40 Florida State, minus 110, far and away,

02:42 it looks like in the odds market is picking them.

02:46 Miami, Florida, plus 750, North Carolina, plus 900.
