00:22 see as the next step for him. But yeah, he's still a young lad. For me, he can improve

00:30 in so many different areas and that's it. If we nudge him forward in one or two of those

00:33 areas then it's been another great loan for him. He gets that. He also gets that when

00:39 he is going to get pushed or where I see in these areas of his game that he can improve

00:45 in, it probably is a little bit scary that he's thinking I'm telling him what a bad player

00:51 but I'm not, I just think the ceiling's really high for him.
