03:03 This is how I discovered, you know, the world, the world discovered me.

03:07 And to be able to have this open door, whether it be as a dancer, a judge,

03:12 now co-host, I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

03:16 And I think just now too, after the pandemic and, you know,

03:20 the way that the seasons were the last few years with like a closed set,

03:23 there wasn't really an audience, like bringing it back,

03:26 how it felt before the pandemic.

03:28 I think people are just ready for it.

03:30 And, you know, dance is dance.

03:31 Dance makes people feel good.

03:32 It makes people feel alive.

03:34 And I think people are ready for that again.

03:37 I agree.

03:38 The cast is so good.

03:39 Who do you think is the one to beat?

03:40 Oh my gosh.

03:41 It's too early to tell, but you can see the ones that were like, yeah,

03:45 I'm going to get up and I'm going to show some moves and I'm confident.

03:48 And then maybe some that were maybe a little bit more nervous.

03:51 But I think once people get the first show under their belt, you know,

03:55 they're going to feel much more calm, much more like, oh, I feel supported.

03:58 It's not as scary as I thought it was going to be.

04:01 But get that first show down.

04:03 I know. I know.

04:05 What advice do you always give to these contestants?

04:07 Always, always, this is like from day one,

04:09 get out of your head and just trust your body and just have the best time

04:15 because that is what is infectious.

04:17 Sometimes the best dancers, the most technical dancers don't win.

04:22 It's the people that show the most progress and the journey and like are

04:25 grateful and excited to be there.

04:28 And, you know, people just want to go on a journey of somebody's transformation.

04:32 And that's really what this show is about.

04:34 I mean, yes, we're learning how to dance,

04:35 but we're really like opening up our hearts and like, you know,

04:39 connecting to a deeper part of ourselves.

04:42 Well, congratulations to your family with Derek's wedding.

04:45 You looked stunning.

04:46 Everyone looked beautiful.

04:47 Was there a memory or moment that you hold special to your heart?

04:50 Oh, my gosh.

04:51 The whole weekend was that moment.

04:53 But I think just watching and witnessing them exchange their vows,

05:00 it was really, really special, really beautiful and so intimate.

05:04 And it felt like we were, you know, observing a private moment.

05:09 And that was just really beautiful.

05:21 but I do know that Tyson Beckford is a dancer.

05:25 So I think he might be someone to bring it.

05:28 I know Mira Sorvino was a ballerina, so she's got some dance moves.

05:33 But I really think that the key always is who opens up their heart and lets America in.

05:39 So whoever can do that, I think really will end up being a front runner throughout.

05:44 How excited are you to have Julianne back?

05:46 It's going to be amazing.

05:47 Yeah, I mean, it's really cool to have her.

05:49 I mean, she's done the show, right?

05:51 She's been a judge.

05:52 She's been a contestant or pro, right?

05:55 And now co-hosting with me is going to be fantastic.

06:48 It's multi-generational, and I think that's what's so great about this cast.
