00:16 We have a chance to build a building for 24 apartments in a fast method in a modular system.

00:25 The value of this task is about 12 million PLN.

00:30 10.6 million PLN is already recognized from the National Bank of Economy.

00:35 We will have to supplement the remaining amount with either bonds or loans.

00:40 But there is also hope that we will be able to recover the remaining amount in the future.

00:47 If we recover it, and it will happen when the building meets the appropriate heat standards,

00:54 then we can say that we will build 24 apartments for about 200,000 PLN.

01:01 This will be the cost that we as a city will have to bear.

01:06 So it's an absolutely amazing thing.

01:11 If we manage to achieve it in this way,

01:15 we would boast not only about this first building, as I said,

01:20 but also about the exceptionally low costs of its construction.

01:32 if we take care of it this autumn.

01:39 Everything is in the hands of the City Council when we turn to them for additional funds.
