Jimmy Fallon Apologizes to Staff , Over Allegations of Difficult ‘Tonight Show’ Environment.
On Sept. 7, 'Rolling Stone' published a story
revealing how 16 current and former employees of
'The Tonight Show' were negatively affected by their jobs.
Some even cited a work culture that
"was detrimental to their mental health," CNN reports. .
NBC issued a statement
after the story was published.

Fallon held a Zoom call with his staff
to apologize, saying he never meant to
"create that type of atmosphere for the show.".
