00:03 And not a great showing obviously for the Gators to open up the season.
00:06 Not a great showing for LSU.
00:08 Say what you want about South Carolina.
00:10 I don't know what people thought about them going into the season,
00:12 but they lost to North Carolina as well.
00:14 So I guess let's open up with, is it a down year for the SEC?
00:18 Or is this an overreaction, you think, to Week 1?
00:21 Not a good weekend for me.
00:22 I had all of those teams either covering or winning.
00:25 I even had the South Carolina upset.
00:27 So I'm making it about me, of course.
00:29 But you're making up a great point.
00:31 I think part of it with Florida is this uneasy transition.
00:35 The offense looked disorganized.
00:37 They were just outclassed in every way by Utah, and that was a little jarring.
00:41 South Carolina, same deal.
00:43 I thought they were going to beat North Carolina,
00:45 but between Drake May and that North Carolina defense,
00:48 they were a little overmatched.
00:49 LSU of the three I think is fine.
00:52 I still think they have a ton of talent.
00:54 They just ran into a buzzsaw in the second half,
00:56 made a couple bad decisions early in the game in the red zone
01:00 and didn't have Mason Smith.
01:02 But I think LSU is fine.
01:04 As usual, though, the conversation will spin.
01:07 Yeah, they're having these problems at this part of the conference,
01:09 but as long as Alabama or Georgia is holding up a national championship trophy
01:14 at the end of the year, nobody will care.
01:17 I still think Tennessee is good.
01:18 I think Kentucky is good.
01:20 Ole Miss, interesting test against Tulane this weekend.
01:23 That will be a fun game.
01:24 So I don't think the SEC is down so much as when you lose those games,
01:28 it's a little more magnified.
