Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail on Monday said the discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi from 47 charges in the Yayasan Akalbudi graft case was decided by the court.

Saifuddin said he did not want to be drawn into the debate.

00:16 Number one, I'm not in the position to predict the outcome of any by-election. That's number one. The decision was made by the court. It's a due process. Just like a few weeks ago, the court also released the President.
