A family of 14 left strandard at Skegness Railway Station due to industrial action by ASLEF - the train drivers union - are heading home to Manchester. After a week's stay in Butlin's they had missed the information regarding the industrial action sent out by East Midlands Railway but were saved by the local community who arranged with the help of the vicar, the Rev Richard Holden, to put them up for the night in a church hall.
