00:12 Johor Police Chief Commissioner Dato' Kamarul Zaman Mamat said
00:16 the General Operations Force Battalion 5 Sungai Kores was conducting surveillance when they spotted a lorry.
00:23 The team had gone to an industrial area in Sri Purnama
00:26 where they saw a lorry in a suspicious manner at 5.15am.
00:31 Police then approached the vehicle and managed to arrest the suspect.
00:35 Investigations revealed that the man is believed to have been involved
00:39 in buying subsidised diesel from nearby petrol stations.
00:42 Various types of horses, diesel engines, pumps, empty containers
00:46 and one static tank containing diesel worth RM12,900 were seized.
00:51 The case is being investigated under Section 21 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961
00:57 for having controlled goods and intending to commit an offence with the items
