Man charged with Ashley Dale murder appears in court

A man extradited from Spain has appeared in court charged with the murder of Ashley Dale. Ian Fitzgibbon, from St Helens, was arrested by Spanish police on Thursday and appeared in court on Friday. Four other men, Sean Zeisz, 27, Niall Barry, 26, James Witham, 41, and Joseph Peers, 28, have also been charged with Ms Dale's murder and are due to stand trial on October 2. They all deny the charge.
