Wildfire smoke chokes western Canada skies as air quality warnings issued

This footage was filmed and produced 20 August 2023.As fires continue to rage across Canada, fire smoke chokes the country. The air quality warnings are some of the worst in the world and historic areas of land have been destroyed. The count of buildings and structure destroyed have not even started to be calculated as of yet. The worst wildfire season in Canadian history has been destroying parts of the country with entire cities being evacuated. The land mass lost so far is equivalent to the state of Maine in the USA. The weather continues to feed the firestorms with no relief in sight. Western Canada still has 2 months of "regular" wildfire season ahead to contend with.
