00:10 The film's production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, filed an FIR at the Santa Cruz

00:16 Police Station on Thursday in the matter, claiming that their copyright was violated

00:22 in the act.

00:23 As reported by the Free Press Journal, an FIR was filed by Red Chillies.

00:28 Shah Rukh Khan's company at Mumbai's Santa Cruz Police Station on August 10 under the

00:34 Information Technology Act.

00:36 The report states that the producers have identified five Twitter handles that shared

00:42 the leaked clips from Jawan and sent legal notices to them as well.

00:47 One of the handles has reported acknowledged a notice.

00:52 This is the third time a clip or still from Jawan has been leaked online.

00:57 A couple of months ago, a slow-motion action sequence of Shah Rukh Khan fighting in the

01:02 film was leaked on various social media forums.

01:06 Back then too, Red Chillies had moved court asking for the clips to be taken down.

01:11 It is a plaintiff case that these leaked videos clips are nothing but clear violation of copyright,

01:18 intellectual property rights for the plaintiff which are causing damage and loss to the plaintiff.

01:24 The leaked video clips together gave away the look of the actors in the said film as

01:29 well as the music, both of which are typically disclosed at strategic points in the time

01:35 as part of a carefully curated marketing strategy of a film.

01:39 Later, a couple of pictures and videos of Shah Rukh Khan's bold look from the film were

01:44 leaked as well, before being taken down again.

01:47 Eventually, the films both gave a detailed look at the grab of Shah Rukh Khan, Jawan

01:52 directed by Tamil filmmaker Adli, also stars Nayantara and Vijay Sethupathi along with

01:58 Deepika Padukone in a special appearance.

02:01 The film reportedly also includes a cameo by Thilapathy Vijay who has made three films
