In the early hours of today, a seismic event measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale rumbled through the Kohistan area of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, according to data released by the National Center for Seismology (NCS). The earthquake’s epicentre was pinpointed at a depth of 129 kilometres beneath the surface.
