The govt is not allowing us to speak in Rajya Sabha. In context of Rule 267, since past 11 days, we are trying to speak on Manipur. Manipur unrest is not a small issue. We want the PM to speak on Manipur. He is busy in election campaigning. There has been loot, arson and burning of public and private property in Manipur but the PM is not ready to speak.
