A skydiver jumped from a hot air balloon at 6,000 feet and captured everything on his helmet camera.

Adrenaline junkie Tommy Fitts said he "woke up, walked outside, hopped in a balloon, rode up, jumped out and landed on the golf course".

Tommy, 36, who has been skydiving for over five years and completed more than 600 jumps, is seen parachuting over Ottawa, Illinois, USA.

The footage was captured on May 29.
