00:00 This first day is about bringing all the athletes together in the CNO,

00:08 allowing them to meet and get all their equipment.

00:13 It's a key moment and I think it's pretty cool.

00:16 And then, this afternoon, there are also workshops,

00:21 for example the status of high-level athletes,

00:25 how to manage their social networks, etc.

00:28 It's important for the life of an athlete in general,

00:32 because you don't realise that you're a minor,

00:35 and you don't really know what's going to happen next.

00:38 It's the first big competition we're going to do when we're young,

00:41 and it's important to manage that well.

00:43 I remember it being a big competition,

00:46 in the sense that it was like a mini-G.O.

00:49 I was pretty proud, it was my first time representing France.

00:54 It was a pride, and it was pretty cool to think that I was really serving my country.

01:00 If we manage to get a good result at the FAUGE,

01:03 it's usually a good start for the rest of our career.

01:07 My role as an ambassador,

01:10 I'm already super happy to be an ambassador for France,

01:13 and our role is really to do activities,

01:17 but really it's about teaching them the values of olympics,

01:21 and making them realise how strong we are,

01:25 and even in the village,

01:27 to be able to exchange with them.

01:29 It's always the same, always the same system of exchanging with cultures,

01:32 of exchanging with athletes from other countries.

01:35 And me in particular, what I'd like to have with them,

01:39 at least with France,

01:41 is really, yes I'm part of the staff, as I said earlier,

01:44 but I'm about the same age as them,

01:47 I've already experienced the FAUGE,

01:49 so I'm really happy to be able to share with them my experiences,

01:53 and my experiences as well,

01:55 and I hope to bring them along throughout the journey.
