00:09 that we've run online and in print this week. In case you missed them, there's

00:13 plenty of long reads to be delving into and we've of course got our Yorkshire

00:18 Post magazine out this Saturday as well as part of our weekend edition. So

00:25 looking back to the start of the week, we spoke to Belinda Black who was just

00:29 17 when she started working as a nursing assistant at a large psychiatric

00:35 hospital in her hometown in the north of England. Her book, A Place for Lost Souls,

00:40 offers insight into what it was like inside secure mental health hospitals. We

00:46 also looked at the medieval magnified exhibition currently on display by the

00:51 West Yorkshire Archive Service. It's got some really fascinating offerings

00:55 including what is believed to be the oldest document in the whole of

00:59 Yorkshire, the Fountains Abbey Charter. We heard from the people behind the Arts

01:05 Charities Space too. They've run it for 20 years but now say that it's time to

01:10 move on. And we also spoke to a Leeds professor about the remarkable work that

01:15 he and researchers are doing to treat otherwise incurable cancers. A former

01:21 forensic pathologist who specialised in the suspicious deaths of babies told us

01:26 how his experiences at work and growing up as a child in York have inspired his

01:31 latest book. And we talked to an inspirational Yorkshire man with

01:36 Treacher Collins syndrome on how he found happiness by embracing his facial

01:40 differences and how he's now supporting families across the world. We looked at

01:46 how a South Yorkshire project is engaging children with chamber music

01:49 composition and our arts and culture content this week included a look at the

01:54 Hey Dougie Live show at Leeds Grand Theatre which will no doubt be of
