The situation in Delhi continues to remain critical after heavy rainfall and an unexpected flood threw lives out of gear. Amid this exigency, the Delhi Police has its hands full. It is working round-the-clock to rescue people and animals trapped in low-lying areas. Yesterday, we witnessed firsthand a criticsl rescue operation in Seelampur in Noerth-East Delhi.
