Caretaker Kedah mentri besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor apologises to Selangor Ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah but claims his statements had been "spun" in an attempt to defame him.
Meanwhile, Law and institutional reform minister Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said responded by reminding Sanusi that an apology does not amount to a legal defence in law.
