A Brisbane woman has launched legal action against the Queensland government alleging she was sexually and physically abused while in foster care. Court documents reveal the 24 year old is claiming almost two million dollars in compensation. Alleging the child safety department breached its duty of care by placing her with a family already subject to complaints.
