On July 5, a federal judge in Florida
ordered that more information from the warrant used
in the search of Donald Trump's Florida
resort must be made public.

NBC reports that Magistrate Judge
Bruce Reinhart denied a request by media
organizations to unseal the entire affidavit. .
However, the judge did find that , "additional portions of the search warrant
application should be unsealed.".
The Justice Department agreed to make some
additional parts of the search warrant public.
The agency reportedly asked
that other parts remain sealed to , "comply with grand jury secrecy rules and to
protect investigative sources and methods.".
According to the judge, the DOJ , "has met its burden of showing that its proposed redactions
of the affidavit are narrowly tailored to serve the
Government's legitimate interests and are the least onerous
alternative to sealing the entire search warrant affidavit.".

NBC reports that a 37-count federal indictment of
Trump accuses the former president of 31 counts
of willful retention of national defense information.
The indictment also includes counts of false statements
and representations, conspiracy to obstruct justice
and concealing a document in a federal investigation.

and claimed that he declassified the documents.
