Russian President Vladimir Putin met in the Kremlin with Raisat Akipova from Dagestan, who was upset that she could not see the president in Derbent, RIA Novosti reports.
Putin said that he was shown a photo of a girl where she was crying, after which he decided to invite her with her parents to Moscow.
“Since I can’t travel often from Moscow myself, I decided to invite you with mom and dad,” he said.
