Mauricio Pochettino arrives at Chelsea to start work as their new manager on day one of pre-season... and he's got plenty to do with TEN players on the way out and new signings on the way

Chelsea have shared the first scenes of Mauricio Pochettino arriving at the club as the Argentinian prepares to get to work in his first week as Blues boss.

In a video shared on social media captioned 'this is where it starts', Pochettino is seen arriving at the club as he gets out the back of a grey van.

He hugs various members of staff - including coaches Miguel D'Agostino and Toni Jimenez - and greets others before walking into the building at Cobham.

The former Tottenham manager will begin whipping his new squad into shape just a month after taking over the reigns at Stamford Bridge, as he bids to transform the club's fortunes following a poor campaign last year.

Pochettino will have plenty to sort if he is going to help the club get somewhere close to where they once were as a team.
