Prince William praises Hill Street housing development

The Prince of Wales made a visit to Hill Street housing development in Newport, Wales as part of the launch of his Homewards project aimed at trying to end homelessness. William was visibly impressed by the two-storey building, which was entirely put together in a factory, then lifted into place by a crane.
