Prince William: “We really can prevent homelessness”

Prince William has praised the founders of a housing development in south east London which provides affordable rental flats for young people. The Prince officially opened Reuben House, a block of 33 studio properties in Peckham, with the homeless charity Centrepoint. Rents at the properties are set at a third of a resident's income.
