Kern County Fire conducts prescribed burns alongside I-5

As temperatures and travel increase during the summer months, Kern County Fire has started conducting prescribed burns along the Grapevine. This tactic, however, could face challenges in the future. The Environmental Protection Agency has concerns over how the prescribed burns will impact the air quality. 23ABC's Veronica Morley reports from the Grapevine.
