History made as both Notts FA senior cups won and brought back by Newark teams to the town

It was a historic occasion as Newark and Sherwood United and Holy Trinity FC met to bring their cups together at Station Road, Collingham.
Newark and Sherwood United won the Notts FA Senior Saturday Cup while Newark Alliance side Holy Trinity won the Notts FA Senior Sunday Cup.
It was a great day as the two pieces of silverware were in Newark together for the first time ever.
