Police rescue 39 stranded tourists from Kakeri Lake in Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra

39 tourists stranded at the Kareri Lake in Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra district were rescued by State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) Kangra and McLeodganj Police on June 18. They were stranded there due to rainfall. Superintendent of Police (SP) of Kangra, Shalini Agnihotri said, “Yesterday, a total of 39 people were rescued from 3 different places in McLeod Ganj and Kareri Lake. We hope that the safety and security is maintained of our people.”
