00:04 with a lot more ambition and unpredictability

00:06 that we haven't had in previous chases.

00:09 We'll be screaming through the streets of Rome, motorcycles,

00:13 cars.

00:14 Everything that we shot is completely practical.

00:17 We're doing it right.

00:19 It all comes down to one thing.

00:21 How do we involve the audience?

00:23 I just want to give them that thrill.

00:24 [MUSIC PLAYING]

00:28 We let the city tell us the kind of chase it was going to be.

00:31 Traffic in the city is notorious.

00:33 And the cobblestone streets make all of the driving

00:36 unpredictable.

00:37 Best part is Tom and Haley, they're handcuffed together.

00:42 People are chasing us.

00:44 Yes, they are.

00:45 You're driving.

00:46 [TIRES SCREECHING]

00:50 Tom had to drive one-handed cuffed, for real.

00:53 No cheating it.

00:54 The key is don't crash.

01:19 You got to get rid of this car.

01:25 Tom and Haley ditched the car for one of their IMF vehicles.

01:29 Suddenly, this tiny little Fiat 500 comes out of nowhere.

01:33 We built this Fiat 500 so that it would be faster.

01:37 [TIRES SCREECHING]

01:41 You could barely control the car.

01:42 It was treacherous.

01:44 The Fiat, that was wild.

01:46 Some would even say the car is possessed.

01:50 I don't think we could have made a sequence that

01:52 was more difficult to shoot if I had

01:53 gone out of my way to do it.

01:55 It has really amazing results.

02:01 Would be impossible without this crew and an actor like Tom.
