The Met Office has predicted the UK will be hit by the peak of a huge 'pollen bomb' this week, with hay fever sufferers being urged to prepare for the high pollen. But don't fear, allergy expert Dr Ellie Cannon is on hand to give advice on how you can enjoy the weather without the fear of allergies and their symptoms taking hold.
