00:16 With my ELF Professional Foundation Brush.

00:19 So now that you're done blending out your brush strokes, I'm going to use this powder.

00:37 Put it in like circles, golden circles.

00:40 And then I'm going to put it on like, and then stipple it on like that.

00:45 You need to get a lot of powder on.

00:56 Since I have a little bit of white on my brush, I'm going to dab, put a teensy bit of blue

01:04 And I'm going to put it all over on the white base and white powder.
