00:23 Choose a foundation that matches your neck and chest and dot this onto the skin.

00:29 I'm using a damp sponge to blend out my foundation.

00:33 Sponges are easy to use and leave a natural finish so it's perfect for every day.

00:38 Now you can use concealer instead of foundation but it's often more obvious and harder to

00:45 So try a medium coverage foundation instead.

00:48 With a clean side of the sponge, pat this over any areas you want to remove excess foundation.
