Hello guys, this is our 'First Trailer' concept for upcoming Marvel Studios movie Captain America: New World Order (2024) (More Info About This Video Down Below!)
The inspiration behind this video:
The projects that Sam's new suit could tie into are Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Thunderbolts. The former film established that Vibranium is now coveted by countries across the world, with the loss of T'Challa leading many to think Wakanda was defenseless. One of the stories of that film involved Riri Williams who built a machine to mine Vibranium from the ocean for the U.S. as a means of the country acquiring Vibranium on the orders of Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Val was revealed as the director of the CIA, with all of this potentially tying to Captain America 4 and Thunderbolts.
Given that it has been established that the U.S. covets Vibranium, Sam could come into the firing line. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier made it clear that Sam's suit was made in Wakanda, likely implementing various Vibranium elements from the wings and shield to the fibers in the suit. With Thunderbolt Ross also being confirmed as the President of the U.S. for the film who is at odds with Sam, the latter could have his suit confiscated by the former. This would explain why Sam had to create a new suit, but also why Ross is an antagonist in this film and going against Cap.
